EXPLAIN THE FOLLOWING DATABASE OBJECTS-
TABLES- Tables are the fundamental objects in Access and are used to hold the raw data of the database. Tables store data in rows (records) and columns (fields). A table is also called a Relation.
QUERIES- Queries are requests to extract relevant information from a table or tables. Queries can be
based on tables(s) or other queries. Queries can be used to select, change, add or delete
records in the database.
FORM- Forms can be described as the 'face' of an application. They are customized screens that
provide an easy way to enter, view and modify data.
REPORTS- A Report is a properly presented and explanatory listing of the data printed on a paper or viewed on the screen. A report can be based on certain table to show all the data or they can be based on queries to show only the selected data of your choice.

1. What is MS‐Access?
MS- Access is a Relational Database Management System used to store and organise large quantities of information.
2. Explain Relational Database Management System (RDMS).
Relational database is a computer database in which all the data is stored in Relations that (to the user) are tables with rows and columns. Each table is composed of records and each record is identified by a field containing a unique value.
3. List all the database objects required to form an Access database application.
A Microsoft Access database is composed of four objects: tables, queries, forms and reports. Together, these objects allow us to enter, store, analyze and compile data however we want.
