1. What is Artificial Intelligence?

 Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the ability of a computer program or a machine to think and learn. It is also a field of study which tries to make computers 'smart'.

2. Write the benefits of AI.

Benefits of AI -

  1. Reduction in human error
  2. Helping in repetitive jobs
  3. faster decisions
  4. takes risks instead of humans
  5. no breaks
  6. digital assistance 

3. What is Chatbot?

A chatbot is an AI software that can simulate a conversation with a user in natural language through messaging applications, websites, mobile apps or through the telephonic conversation.
